If you are interested in finding out a little more about meditation and relaxation, this may be for you. Come along and experience how sounds and vibrations can help you relax. Phil Gibson is leading the session in support of CancerHelp – donations are requested – just bring along a pillow, blanket and yoga mat (if you have one – if you don’t we have some spare)
There will also be refreshments available and a raffle.
